Frequently asked questions

1. What is a mobile phlebotomist?

A mobile phlebotomist is a certified professional who travels to your home, workplace, or doctor’s office to perform blood draws and specimen collections. You receive lab services without needing to visit a clinic.

Do you come to my home?

Yes! We offer full home-service appointments for blood draws, drug testing, and lab kit collections.

Do you go to doctor offices or medical facilities?

Yes. We provide services at doctor offices, clinics, assisted-living facilities, nursing homes, and corporate workplaces.

What services do you offer?

We offer:

  • Routine blood draws

  • Lab kit collections (Quest, LabCorp, specialty kits)

  • Mobile drug testing (5-panel, 10-panel, DOT/non-DOT, rapid tests)

  • DNA testing

  • Wellness labs

  • Pediatric & geriatric draws

  • On-site corporate testing

  • Specimen pickup & delivery

Do you accept insurance?

Most mobile phlebotomy services charge a travel/collection fee that is separate from the lab. Insurance usually covers the lab test itself, but not the mobile service fee.

How long does an appointment take?

Most visits take 10–20 minutes, depending on the type of service.

Do you offer same-day or urgent appointments?

Yes, based on availability. We offer same-day, next-day, and early-morning appointments.

Is the process safe and private?

Yes. All services follow strict safety guidelines, HIPAA privacy standards, and professional chain-of-custody rules for drug screens.

How fast will I receive results?

Results are delivered by the laboratory or your doctor, typically within 24–72 hours, depending on the test.

What types of drug testing do you offer?

We provide:

  • Urine drug screens

  • DOT & non-DOT testing

  • 5-panel, 10-panel, and expanded panels

  • Rapid/instant testing

  • Court-ordered and probation testing

  • Workplace & post-accident testing

What do I need for my appointment?

Please have:

  • A valid ID

  • Your lab order or test kit

  • Any paperwork from your provider

For drug testing, bring photo ID and follow any pre-test instructions given.

Do you offer STAT/urgent blood draws?

Yes. We offer STAT (urgent) blood draw services for time-sensitive lab orders. We prioritize these appointments and deliver specimens to the lab immediately.
